She was lovingly built in 1992 by a lock-keeper and woodworker, who kitted her out superbly with the best possible materials and a beautifully crafted all-wood interior. I retrofitted her with solar power and a composting toilet to support a more sustainable lifestyle, which also provide significant ongoing financial savings, greater ease of day-to-day life and reduced reliance on canalside facilities. Preparation for her sale has revealed hull damage and a need for replating. She is currently awaiting these repairs, and the advertised price assumes they are complete at the time of sale. Until then, I would also be open to substantially lower offers from potential buyers who prefer to take repairs on themselves.
