She has been a great home and is the ideal size for a first boat. Easy to drive and to moor around London's canals and river.
While refurbishing, I took the decision to keep it as “neutral” as possible so the new owner can really make THRESHOLD theirs quite easily. There are all basic facilities onboard (Bed, shower, toilet, sinks, boiler, cooker, wood burner, some storage space, little folding table, seats)
Mooring on Marina possible with a facilities

The narrowboat Innisfree has given me a delightful, snug and idyllic home for the past four years. With life taking me in other directions, I am delighted to be able to offer someone else the opportunity to enjoy her beauty, comfort and practicality, and take advantage of improvements that make her greener, cheaper and more convenient than more conventional boats. She was lovingly built in 1992 by a lock-keeper and woodworker, who kitted her out superbly with the best possible materials and a beautifully crafted all-wood interior. I retrofitted her with solar power and a composting toilet to support a more sustainable lifestyle, which also provide significant ongoing financial savings, greater ease of day-to-day life and reduced reliance on canalside facilities. Preparation for her sale has revealed hull damage and a need for replating. She is currently awaiting these repairs, and the advertised price assumes they are complete at the time of sale. Until then, I would also be open to substantially lower offers from potential buyers who prefer to take repairs on themselves.
