This Foster FPS2HR is a 270-litre double-door refrigerated prep counter designed for high-volume kitchens. It features a stainless steel work surface and a saladette fridge ideal for keeping most used ingredients close to hand.
The fridge features fan-assisted forced air refrigeration for even temperature distribution across both the base and top pan and comes complete with 4 shelves and gastronomes. Its compact design makes it ideal where space is at a premium.

This 3 Door Prep Counter with A Saladette is great for storing and preping in food in any kitchen, its refrigeration temperature ranges from +1°C to +5°C and is fan assited colling to make sure the temperature is kept even within the applience.
the saladette is able to hold 9 × 1/3 Gastronome pans and has two lids to seal in the cool air, it has a stainless steel counter top great to work on with dough, pizza, pastry, or cold prep in general and the item also features castors allowing easy movement of the countertop o suit your kitchen.
