This Roller Grill Rise & Fall Salamander is a professional gas-powered salamander grill with a precise height adjustment system and high powered infrared burners that can reach temperatures between 700 °C and 800 °C, making it versatile for various cooking tasks.

The grill features a patented counterweight system and ball bearings that allow for effortless and precise adjustment of the top heating element to the desired height, ideal for defrosting, heating, browning, glazing, grilling & toasting, allowing the user to bring the right heat to the food, ensuring quality results every time.

The unit is completely open on three sides, accommodating dishes of various sizes, including 1/1 GN capacity, whilst the grid and bottom drip tray are completely removable for easy cleaning.
