The Lincat Phoenix LMR9/N is a commercial-grade, medium-duty natural gas 6-burner oven range.

These double stacked Lincat OSC WE 61 are 6 grid commercial combination ovens manufactured by Rational for Lincat.
These ovens are "SelfCookingCenter" (SCC) models featuring 7 operating modes for meat, poultry, fish, side dishes, egg dishes, bakery products, and finishing. It offers manual modes for steam, hot air (convection), and a combination of both.
